Youth Enterprise Solutions (YESNIG) is born out of the passion to teach young people important skills that can make them better people in society. I remember when I graduated from the University in 2005 and was asked to wait for one year before NYSC, I suddenly discovered how skewed our educational system is in Nigeria. I am a graduate with no certificate and skill or as one of our students would call it ”no Sabificate”. I had spent about seventeen years just learning only how to read and write, without a veritable skill to support myself or serve society. It was then the idea to encourage the younger generation to earn skill rather than just credentials, dawn on me. Since we started we have been trying to use expertise to equip the teeming students who have had several other experiences with us.
The Youth Enterprise Solutions is a brainchild of Unicorn Global Resources, powered by the passion to help the teeming Nigerian youths to acquire skills that will make them live above the poverty line. Our focus is to use skills as a tool for nation-building.
